How often should I get my oil changed?

In an ordinary vehicle, you might schedule regular maintenance in a 3-month, 3,000-mile increment, or maybe 6 months/5,000 miles. That’s not the case with your McLaren vehicle. Instead, your maintenance schedule will be broken down into 10,000-mile, 12-month intervals. After your first 10,000 miles or year of driving, you’ll bring your exotic supercar into the McLaren Chicago Service Center to replace your original synthetic engine oil and oil filter with a new batch. This will then last you for the next 10,000 miles or 12 months, whichever happens to come first.

What other maintenance should I schedule?

When you bring your vehicle in for your first maintenance appointment to replace your oil and oil filter, we’ll also inspect your air filters, radiators, steering components, suspension system, brakes, electrical connections, fluids, tires, wheels and even the tire repair kit. After all of that, we’ll also perform a multi-point inspection to make sure everything else is good with your vehicle.
