McLaren, which first entered the U.S. market in 2011, has achieved incredible growth, with the luxury British sportscar and supercar manufacturer recently passing the 7,000-vehicle milestone for units sold in America, while continuing to set monthly sales records. The North American headquarters for McLaren is currently located in New York City. However, to help make room for additional growth, McLaren will move its headquarters to Coppell, Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas.
McLaren North American HQ Relocation to Texas
The increase in the size of McLaren’s headquarters is considerable, with a move from a 4,500 square-foot downtown New York office suite to a custom-designed 30,000 square-foot facility in a high-tech industrial park in Coppell. The new facility will enable McLaren to centrally maintain, service, and store company-owned marketing, press, and Pure McLaren experience event vehicles on-site, as well as better integrate sales and technical training. Another benefit of the new facility is that it will be within a three-hour flight of most McLaren retailer locations, meaning that technical and customer service requests can be addressed much more quickly.
