The McLaren 720S provides high-level driving excitement, with its aerodynamic design, powerful engine, quick acceleration, and superb handling. The 720S also offers numerous performance-enhancing features, including the MSO (McLaren Special Operations) Defined Carbon Fiber Rear Active Spoiler.
MSO Defined Carbon Fiber Rear Active Spoiler Upgrade for the McLaren 720S
The MSO Defined Carbon Fiber Rear Active Spoiler, which was previously included only as a factory option for the McLaren 720S, is now offered as an upgrade. The Carbon Fiber Rear Active Spoiler extends the full width of the 720S and helps to improve the handling, balance, and aerodynamic efficiency.
The Carbon Fiber Rear Active Spoiler also features a wing with airbrake functionality. Drivers of the 720S can choose three different deployment positions for the wing. Driver Downforce maximizes performance with approximately 70% – 80% for wing deployment. DRS, with a wing deployment of around 30%, is utilized when accelerating on a straight road. High Speed Braking, as the name implies, provides quick braking, as well as greater stability, when driving at a high speed. The airbrake is 100% deployed for High Speed Braking in less than 0.5 seconds.
