Pendry Residences West Hollywood and McLaren North America Collaborate on Super Garage

Every supercar owner dreams of the day they have a garage dedicated to all of their models. This dream has the chance of coming true to anyone who lives in the West Hollywood area. Pendry Residences West Hollywood and McLaren North America have collaborated on a new Super Garage. Keep reading to learn more about this garage that one lucky purchaser can enjoy.

Providing a luxury experience to residents in West Hollywood

Towards the end of 2020, Pendry Residences West Hollywood and McLaren North America paired up to create a 1,719-square-foot garage nicknamed “The Show Room.” The garage is located in the new Pendry Residences West Hollywood and has direct access through a private elevator to Terrace Estate 608 which is a two-story penthouse.

The garage has space for up to five cars, a private washroom, and a design allowance to customize the garage. The purchaser also has the chance to create a full McLaren garage experience with help from EYRC Architecture and McLaren Automotive. Whoever purchases this garage will also get an allocation toward a one-year lease of the newest McLaren 765LT model. This garage is being offered with Terrace Estate 608 for a price of $16 million.
