How Should I Clean My Exotic Vehicle?
Cleaning an exotic car requires special attention to detail to protect the car’s delicate and expensive finish. We have some tips that you can follow to ensure that your exotic vehicle is cleaned without any trouble. Read this blog by McLaren Chicago, IL, to know more.
Given below are some steps you can follow in cleaning your exotic car.
You will need a bucket, car soap, microfiber towels or mitts, a soft-bristled brush, a detailing clay bar, car wax or sealant, and a chamois or drying towel.
Begin by rinsing the car with a hose or pressure washer to remove loose dirt and debris. Fill a bucket with water and add car soap according to the instructions on the bottle. Use a microfiber towel or mitt to gently wash the car in sections, starting from the top and working your way down. Use a soft-bristled brush to clean the wheels and tires. Now, rinse the car thoroughly with a hose or pressure washer to remove all the soap suds.
Use a detailing clay bar to remove any contaminants that were not removed during the wash. Spray clay lubricant on the car’s surface and gently rub the clay bar over the surface using light pressure. Rinse the car again after claying.

Use a chamois or drying towel to gently dry the car. Start from the top and work your way down, careful not to leave any water spots.
Apply high-quality car wax or sealant to protect the car’s finish and add shine. Follow the instructions on the bottle and use a microfiber towel to apply the wax in a circular motion.
Always use soft, non-abrasive materials when cleaning your exotic car, and avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the finish. It’s also essential to clean your car regularly to prevent dirt and debris from building up and causing damage over time.
